We are offering three art class sessions this Summer.
Summer One begins in June.
Summer Two begins in July.
Summer Three (Combined Summer One and Summer Two) begins in June.

 

Registration Guidelines
Registration for all three sessions will begin Wednesday, May 13 at 2 p.m.
Registration closes for each class when it becomes full.

Are classes open to everyone?
Yes! But you must have a North Canton Public Library card to register.

Do I need to bring my own supplies?
Supplies are provided unless specified in the class description.

How do I register for a class?
Children’s art class registration is accepted online only at ncantonlibrary.org. Adult art class registration may be completed online or via email to gallery@northcantonlibrary.org.

What if I need to cancel?
Registration may be canceled online or via email to gallery@northcantonlibrary.org.

Art Classes are offered at no cost thanks to the generous support of the ELLA M. LAZICH TRUST.

 

Summer Session One (S1) June

Art Class - Basic Clay Modeling, for adults and high school students
(S1) Wednesdays, June 5, 19, 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This is a basic course for students who have had little or no previous experience in clay sculpting. Learn techniques and develop skills with local sculpture artist Pat Mather Waltz. Air dry clay is fun, easy to use, super versatile and best of all, you don’t need a kiln or a pottery wheel to start creating. Pat will lead students through demonstrations and will provide one on one guidance as they create beautiful works of art.
